3. Data Loss and Backups
While Firecone provides automated world snapshots and backup tools, these are provided as a convenience and not a guarantee. Users are solely responsible for maintaining their own external backups of their data. Firecone is not responsible for any permanent loss of data resulting from hardware failure, software bugs, or user error.

Firecone is an independent hosting provider. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang AB or Microsoft Corporation. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB. Use of our services must also comply with the official Minecraft End User License Agreement (EULA).
5. DDoS Protection and Security
While we employ advanced DDoS mitigation and network filtering to protect our nodes, we cannot guarantee 100% protection against all forms of cyberattacks or network floods. Firecone shall not be held liable for any performance degradation or service outages caused by third-party malicious activity.

Our Site features a “Knowledge Hub” and blog posts that may contain links to third-party websites or community-contributed plugins/scripts.
