Our “In-Office” Times
We are a European-based team operating on CET (Central European Time). While our servers are monitored 24/7 by automated systems to ensure 99.9% uptime, our human support team follows a specific schedule to ensure we provide the highest quality of focused assistance.
- During the Week (Monday – Friday): You’ll find us most active from 14:00 to 20:00.
- On Weekends (Saturday – Sunday): We hop on for dedicated support windows from 18:00 to 21:00.
If you send a message outside of these specific windows, please don’t worry—we aren’t ignoring you. We treat our “unanswered” folder as our top priority every morning, ensuring that we catch up with overnight messages before we start our daily development tasks.
